A Kimberly-Clark Corp. plant in Conway is closing as the paper-products giant restructures its business.
Arkansas Economic Development Council Director Mike Preston confirmed the news to content partner KATV-Channel 7 on Thursday (Dec. 13) that operations at the facility will be phased out in the coming years. Preston said the plant will be closed permanently by 2021.
The closure will result in about 350 job losses.
